Return window

• You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Condition

• Unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging only.

• For safety/compliance, ingestibles and bakery items are not returnable if opened.

How to start a return
Call with your order # within 14 days for verbal authorization. 

Shipping & refunds

• Customer pays return shipping.

• Original shipping is nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund if it was included/discounted at checkout.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Damaged/defective on arrival

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund at our discretion. (This doesn’t require the item to be unopened if damage is in transit.)

Exclusions

• Opened products, used items, clearance/final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible.

Age & compliance

• Sales are to adults 21+. We comply with applicable hemp/food regulations.
