1) Eligibility & Age Gate

You must be 21+ to view or purchase hemp-derived products. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase the items in your jurisdiction.

2) Hemp Compliance & Local Restrictions

Our hemp products are intended to comply with applicable law (e.g., ≤ 0.3% Δ9-THC by dry weight). Availability may vary by state or locality; some products cannot be shipped to certain locations. You are responsible for knowing and obeying your local laws.

No statements on the Site have been evaluated by the FDA. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use responsibly.

3) Account, Accuracy, and Security

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4) Orders, Pricing, & Availability

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, address issues, age verification failure, or product unavailability. We try to keep information current, but prices, descriptions, and availability can change without notice and may contain errors. If a pricing error occurs, we’ll contact you to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

5) Payment & Taxes

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes. We may pre-authorize your card at checkout.

6) Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once an order is in transit, including carrier or weather issues.

7) Returns & Refunds (14 Days)

Within 14 days of delivery for return authorization. Items must be in original condition, unopened and include any required safety seals. Certain items (e.g., heavily used consumables) may be non-returnable. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method for the product price (shipping is typically non-refundable unless we made an error).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MTH AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST DATA; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
