You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Condition
Unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging only.
For safety/compliance, ingestibles and bakery items are not returnable if opened.
How to start a return
Call with your order # within 14 days for verbal authorization.
Shipping & refunds
Customer pays return shipping.
Original shipping is nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund if it was included/discounted at checkout.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged/defective on arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund at our discretion. (This doesn’t require the item to be unopened if damage is in transit.)
Exclusions
Opened products, used items, clearance/final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible.
