We operate within the hemp rules that apply to our business and do not operate as a state-licensed marijuana dispensary.

Connecticut has created categories like “moderate-THC hemp” and set THC-per-serving and THC-per-package limits; compliance with those rules determines what we can carry and how we can sell it.

Connecticut’s cannabis and hemp rules are built around 21+ adult use. In line with that:
We do not sell hemp-derived THC products to anyone under 21.
We require valid ID for in-store purchases of THC products.
